HOW TO USE

PREPARING 5% WORKING SOLUTION:

Prepare a 5% ready to use working solution from NANOCLEAN® AIR concentrate and water.

e.g.: 50ml concentrate + 950ml water = 1L ready to use solution (RTU).

Mix the solution in proportions according to the table below:

APPLICATION FOR DISINFECTING INDOOR AIR CONDITIONING:

Turn off the air conditioner and open the indoor unit.

Dismantle the filter, vacuum it, rinse it under running water (bathtub, shower).

Prepare a 5% working solution with NANOCLEAN® AIR Concentrate and water according to the table and pour it into the applicator, eg hand sprayer.

Spray the washed filter with the 5% NANOCLEAN® AIR working solution. Leave the concentrate for 15 minutes, rinse with water and dry.

Thoroughly spray the evaporator inside the air conditioner with the 5% NANOCLEAN® AIR Concentrate working solution. Wait 15 minutes. The preparation will flow through the lamellas to the condensate tray, from where it will be discharged to the drain.

Install the filter on the air conditioner, close the indoor unit and turn on the air conditioner to complete the process.

AIR CONDITIONING DISINFECTION IN VEHICLES (FOR PROFESSIONALS):

Turn off the air conditioning.

Remove the pollen filter in the pit or inside the cockpit under the cockpit.

We recommend that you blow out all the grilles and ventilation ducts in the cockpit with compressed air.

Make sure there is direct access to the evaporator in the car. Sometimes it is necessary to disassemble the fan.

Pour the 5% solution prepared with NANOCLEAN® AIR Concentrate and water to the dispenser with a lance ended with a nozzle (suggested amount of liquid for disinfecting the car’s evaporator: 0.5-1L of working solution).

Note: The use of the AC-99INOX lance with the pressure method allows for thorough cleaning of inaccessible places of the evaporator and the drainage channel, and thus improves the effectiveness and durability of disinfection of the entire HVAC system (in the case of no access to the evaporator for the AC-99INOX lance, use the AC-99NYLON lance).

Insert the AC-99INOX lance into the evaporator channel and dispense the preparation directly towards the evaporator by moving the lance for 10-30 seconds (depending on the dirt level of the evaporator and the HVAC system) until the liquid in the dispenser container (0.5-1L) is exhausted.

Remove the dosing lance and wait 15 minutes for the biocidal effect of the preparation and its outflow through the air conditioning drain channel under the car.

Install a new pollen filter.

Turn on the air supply on the so-called open circuit and fan speed at maximum power.

Set the lowest temperature, with the air conditioning off, for 5 minutes to complete the process (the fresh smell from the airflow should spread throughout the car).

Note: We recommend disinfecting the air conditioning at least twice a year or every 20,000 km.

APPLICATION FOR SURFACE DISINFECTION:

Prepare a 5% working solution and apply the ready-to-use 5% solution to the surface or a lint-free cloth and wipe.

Allow contact time up to 15 minutes to ensure bactericidal, fungicidal and yeasticidal effectiveness, virucidal, sporicidal and tuberculocidal.

After using the preparation, contact surfaces with food should be rinsed with drinking water.
