NANOCLEAN® AC8 Aerosol High Volume Semi-Dry Biocidal Foam (MC-8802)

DISINFECTION OF SURFACES - WAY OF USE:

Apply the preparation to the surface with a foaming tip or wipe it off with a clean, soaked tissue that does not leave fibers, keeping the contact time up to 15 minutes in order to ensure bactericidal, fungicidal, yeasticidal, virucidal, sporicidal and tuberculocidal effectiveness. After disinfection, surfaces in contact with food should be rinsed with drinking water. Note: On delicate surfaces (e.g. rubber, plastics, ecological leather, etc.) we always recommend to carry out an initial compatibility test on a small invisible surface.

 

DISINFECTION OF AIR CONDITIONING IN ROOMS, E.G: SPLIT - WAY OF USE:

1/ Turn the air conditioner off and open the indoor unit.

2/ Remove the filter, vacuum, rinse under running water (bath, shower).

3/ Spray the washed filter with the NANOCLEAN AC8 Aerosol preparation and leave for 15 minutes, rinse with water and dry.

4/ Spray the evaporator inside the air conditioner thoroughly with NANOCLEAN AC8 Aerosol. Wait 15 minutes.
The preparation will flow through the slats into the condensation tray. From the tray, the disinfectant is drained by gravity or using a drip pump.

5/ Install the filter in the air conditioner, close the indoor unit and turn on the air conditioner to complete the process.

 
DISINFECTION OF AIR CONDITIONING IN VEHICLES - WAY OF USE:

1/  Turn the air conditioning off.

2/  Remove the dust filter at the window or inside the cabin under the cockpit.

3/  We recommend that all cockpit ventilation grilles and ducts be blown with compressed air, e.g: AIR PB SPRAY.

4/  Make sure that you have direct access to the evaporator in the car. Sometimes it is necessary to remove the fan.

5/  Pull the nozzle with a hose out of the NANOCLEAN AC8 aerosol cap and install it in the can. Shake the can hard.

6/  Slide the hose with the nozzle into the evaporator channel so that the nozzle reaches the evaporator in the cockpit. Put the can upright.

7/  Dose for approx. 30 seconds until the aerosol 400 ml is empty (for large systems and very dirty evaporators we recommend 600 ml aerosol).

8/  Remove the dosing hose and wait 15 minutes for the excess liquid to leak through the A/C outlet underneath the car.

9/  Install a new dust filter

10/ Start the car engine. Set the so-called open circuit in the case of the filter at the window or closed circuit in the case of the filter inside the cabin.

11/ Set the air supply to maximum power and lowest temperature with the air conditioning off for 5 minute to complete the process (a fresh smell should spread throughout the car).

Note: We recommend disinfecting the air conditioning at least once a year or every 40,000 km.
