The pressure disinfection method works more effectively than ozonation. By using the NANOCLEAN® INOX AC45 lance and NANOCLEAN® AIR fluid we ensure the most effective pressure washing of dirty evaporators and disinfection with full biocidal spectrum, including fumigation of the air conditioning system. Ozonation will not clean the evaporator, it only masks the odour for a short period of time, it penetrates the seat materials, and it has an oxidizing effect on the electronics in vehicles, resulting in electronic problems over time.

APPLICATION
Cleaning, refreshing, fumigation and disinfection of air conditioning and ventilation:

HOW TO USE

Unscrew the tank from the pressure gun (1 L capacity).

Refill the container with NANOCLEAN® AIR – 500ml per single evaporator (prepared 5% working solution from concentrate or ready-to-use).

Attach the container to the pressure gun.

To clean and disinfect the evaporator, attach the NANOCLEAN® INOX AC45 (AC-99INOX) lance to your NANOCLEAN® GUN pressure gun using the quick-release coupling, when you have easy access to the evaporator, or the NANOCLEAN® NYLON AC160 (AC-99NYLON) lance when access is difficult.

If you want to disinfect the interior of a vehicle using the fogging method, use the NANOCLEAN FUMI-1 (AC-99FUMI) head.

Connect compressed air to the gun with an operating pressure of 5.5 – 10 bar.

The NANOCLEAN® GUN (AC-69GUN) is ready to use – open the gun valve before dispensing fluid.
USE FOR DISINFECTION OF AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT IN VEHICLES:

Turn off your air conditioning.

Remove the dust filter at the windshield or inside the cabin under the cockpit.

We recommend blowing out all cockpit vents and ducts with compressed air.

Make sure you have direct access to the evaporator in the car. Sometimes it is required to remove the fan.

Pour the NANOCLEAN AIR ready-to-use liquid into the lance with the nozzle (suggested amount of liquid to disinfect one evaporator in a car: 500ml).

Note: Using the AC-99INOX pressure fogging lance allows for thorough cleaning of inaccessible areas of the evaporator and drainage channel, thus improving the effectiveness and durability of disinfection of the entire HVAC system.

Insert the AC-99INOX lance into the evaporator channel and apply the preparation as a pressure mist directly into the evaporator by moving the probe for 10-30 seconds (depending on the state of contamination of the evaporator and HVAC system) until the liquid in the dispenser container is exhausted (0.5-1L).

Remove the dosing lance and wait 15 minutes for the biocidal action of the preparation and its discharge through the air conditioning drain channel under the car.

Install a new dust filter.

Turn on the air supply to the so-called open circuit and the fan speed to maximum power.

Set to the lowest temperature with the A/C off for 5 minutes to complete the process (the fresh smell from the blower should spread throughout the car).
Note: We recommend disinfecting the air conditioning at least twice a year or every 20,000 km.
APPLICATION FOR CAR AND ROOM MISTING

Unscrew the tank from the pressure gun (1 L capacity).

Refill the reservoir with NANOCLEAN® AIR.
(Prepared 5% working solution from concentrate or ready-to-use).

Attach the container to the pressure gun.

To disinfect your vehicle using the fogging method, attach a NANOCLEAN® FUMI-1 spray head to the NANOCLEAN® GUN pressure gun using the quick connector.

Connect compressed air to the gun with an operating pressure of 5.5 – 10 bar.

The NANOCLEAN® GUN (AC-99GUN) is ready to work – open the gun valve before dispensing fluid.

Close all doors in your car.

Open the trunk (hatchback, station wagon) for the sedan version leave one rear passenger door open.

Maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from the gun to the surface.

Press the gun trigger.

Dispense the dry fog into the interior for approximately 15-30 seconds.

Close the trunk (hatchback, station wagon) or, in the case of the sedan version, the doors (if you want to further disinfect the air ducts, leave the internal circulation blower on).

Wait 15 minutes.

After the process is complete, ventilate the interior by opening all doors of your car.
