Precisely formulated active spray foam for cleaning, refreshing, fumigating and disinfecting evaporators, air conditioner condensers and other components of HVAC equipment.

It effectively removes all pollutants that can affect the quality of the air itself.

Permanently eliminates unpleasant fungal smell and unpleasant moisture odour.

Compatible with materials – aerosol foam is safe for most metals, painted surfaces, rubbers, plastics, fabrics.

After evaporation, it leaves a dry and clean surface that resists dust attraction.

The aerosol has two nozzles: a nozzle for surface spray and a 60cm hose with a 360° nozzle for HVAC enclosed ducts.

HOW TO USE:

APPLICATION FOR DISINFECTING INDOOR AIR CONDITIONING:

Turn off the air conditioner and open the indoor unit.

Dismantle the filter, vacuum it, rinse it under running water (bathtub, shower).

Spray the washed filter with NANOCLEAN® AIR aerosol and leave for 15 minutes, then rinse with water and dry.

Spray the evaporator inside the air conditioner thoroughly with NANOCLEAN® AIR spray aerosol. Wait 15 minutes. The preparation will flow through the lamellas to the condensate tray, from where it will be discharged to the drain.

Install the filter on the air conditioner, close the indoor unit and turn on the air conditioner to complete the process.

AIR CONDITIONING DISINFECTION IN VEHICLES:

Turn off the air conditioning.

Remove the pollen filter in the pit or inside the cockpit under the cockpit.

We recommend blowing compressed air through all the grilles and ventilation ducts in the cockpit, for example: AIR PB SPRAY.

Make sure there is direct access to the evaporator in the car. Sometimes it is necessary to disassemble the fan.

Remove the nozzle with the hose from the NANOCLEAN® AIR aerosol cap and install it in the box. Shake the can well.

Insert the hose with the nozzle into the evaporator channel. Place the can vertically.

Dose the preparation for about 30 seconds, until the spray is empty of 400ml.

Remove the dosing hose and wait 15 minutes for the biocidal effect of the preparation and its outflow through the air conditioning drain channel under the car.

Install a new pollen filter.

Turn on the air supply to the so-called open circuit and fan speed at maximum power.

Set the lowest temperature, with the air conditioning off, for 5 minutes to complete the process (the fresh smell from the airflow should spread throughout the car).

Note: We recommend disinfecting the air conditioning at least twice a year or every 20,000 km.

APPLICATION FOR SURFACE DISINFECTION:

Apply on the surface with a foaming tip or on a cloth that does not leave fibers and rub.

Maintain a contact time of up to 15 minutes for bactericidal, fungicidal, yeasticidal, virucidal, sporicidal and mycobactericidal efficacy.

After using the preparation, surfaces in contact with food should be rinsed with drinking water.
