The NANOCLEAN® INOX AC45 (AC-99INOX) lance is made of soft stainless steel, so it can be bent in any direction and aligned with the A/C ducts to easily reach the evaporator.

NANOCLEAN® INOX AC45 (AC-99INOX) Lance in combination with NANOCLEAN® Pressure Gun (AC-99GUN) and NANOCLEAN® AIR Fluid allows the most effective, safe and precise cleaning, refreshing, fumigation and pressureless disinfection of evaporators, A/C ducts and other HVAC components in cars.

APPLICATION

NANOCLEAN® INOX Lance AC45 (AC-99INOX) + NANOCLEAN® AIR + NANOCLEAN®GUN (AC-99GUN) provides an effective solution for cleaning, refreshing, fumigation and disinfecting evaporators and air conditioning systems.

By using the NANOCLEAN® INOX AC45 lance and NANOCLEAN® AIR fluid we ensure the most effective pressure washing of dirty evaporators and disinfection with full biocidal spectrum, including fumigation of the air conditioning system. Ozonation will not clean the evaporator, it only masks the odour for a short period of time, it penetrates the seat materials, and it has an oxidizing effect on the electronics in vehicles, resulting in electronic problems over time.

HOW TO USE

Attach the NANOCLEAN® INOX AC45 (AC-99INOX) lance with the special quick-release coupling to the NANOCLEAN® GUN filled with NANOCLEAN® AIR.

Adjust the lance to the A/C duct to reach the evaporator in your car (you can bend the lance in any direction).

Clean and disinfect your A/C evaporator with NANOCLEAN® AIR in a single process to permanently remove unpleasant odours and leave a pleasant smell for longer.

AIR CONDITIONING DISINFECTION IN VEHICLES (FOR PROFESSIONALS):

Turn off the air conditioning.

Remove the pollen filter in the pit or inside the cockpit under the cockpit.

We recommend that you blow out all the grilles and ventilation ducts in the cockpit with compressed air.

Make sure there is direct access to the evaporator in the car. Sometimes it is necessary to disassemble the fan.

Pour the NANOCLEAN® AIR liquid. Ready to use, to the dispenser with a lance ended with a nozzle (suggested amount of liquid for disinfecting the car’s evaporator: 0.5-1L).

Note: The use of the AC-99INOX lance with the pressure method allows for thorough cleaning of inaccessible places of the evaporator and the drainage channel, and thus improves the effectiveness and durability of disinfection of the entire HVAC system (in the case of no access to the evaporator for the AC-99INOX lance, use the AC-99NYLON lance).

Insert the AC-99INOX lance into the evaporator channel and dispense the preparation directly towards the evaporator by moving the lance for 10-30 seconds (depending on the dirt level of the evaporator and the HVAC system) until the liquid in the dispenser container (0.5-1L) is exhausted.

Remove the dosing lance and wait 15 minutes for the biocidal effect of the preparation and its outflow through the air conditioning drain channel under the car.

Install a new pollen filter.

Turn on the air supply on the so-called open circuit and fan speed at maximum power.

Set the lowest temperature, with the air conditioning off, for 5 minutes to complete the process (the fresh smell from the airflow should spread throughout the car).

Note: We recommend disinfecting the air conditioning at least twice a year or every 20,000 km.
